Jamie Parisi

Jamie Parisi is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in corporate governance and audit oversight. Currently serving as Corporate Director and Audit Committee Chairman at Cboe Global Markets since May 2018 and also as Corporate Director, Audit Committee Chair, and Nominating and Governance Committee member at ATI Physical Therapy since February 2021, Jamie Parisi has held several critical roles throughout a career that includes positions at Cboe Futures Exchange, LLC and Pursuant Health. Jamie Parisi's prior experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at CME Group for a decade and holding various director-level roles at Cotiviti. Jamie Parisi holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, graduating with honors from both institutions.
