Kyle Eads

Kyle Eads is an Equities Senior Investigator in the Regulatory Division at Cboe Global Markets, where employment began in January 2021, following a role as an Equities Investigator. Previous experience includes serving as a Compliance Extern in the Athletics Department Compliance Office at the University of Notre Dame, a Supreme Court of Illinois Rule 711 Volunteer Attorney for the City of Chicago, and a Financial Technology Research Assistant at the University of New Hampshire Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics. Additional roles include Law Clerk at O'NEILL, MCFADDEN & WILLETT, LLP, and Server at White Hawk Country Club, alongside an internship at The Law Office of Jennifer Irons Jostes. Kyle Eads is currently pursuing an Executive LL.M. in Securities & Financial Regulation at Georgetown University Law Center, having earned a Doctor of Law from Notre Dame Law School and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Indiana University Northwest.
