Michael Boras

Michael Boras is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in market regulation and proprietary trading. Currently serving as Lead Investigator at Cboe Global Markets since January 2019, Michael previously worked as a Senior Investigator at the same organization. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Investigator/Analyst at FINRA and Chief Investigator in the Department of Market Regulation at CBOE. Michael's trading experience spans various financial instruments, including US Treasuries, currencies, and energy products, with positions at Harrison Trading Group and Bell Trading. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Mathematics from the University of New Hampshire and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Marquette University, complemented by teaching roles at both the university and high school levels.
