Ryan Niemeyer

Ryan Niemeyer is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in various technology roles. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager for Web at Cboe Global Markets since July 2016, Ryan leads a team responsible for the development of public websites, portal applications, and internal tools for global market operations. Previously, Ryan co-founded Instin, LLC, and held the position of CTO. Ryan’s career also includes a significant tenure at Cerner Corporation, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Software Architect to Application Developer, focusing on consumer-facing platforms and healthcare-related web services. Ryan began in software development with an internship at Principal Financial Group after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Iowa State University.
