Sergey Kucher

Sergey Kucher is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in systems development and IT management. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Systems Development at Cboe Global Markets since August 2015, Sergey previously held the position of Director of Systems Development within the same company. Prior to that, Sergey was Chief Technology Officer at Livevol Inc from October 2007 to August 2015, overseeing all technology-related functions and implementing innovative solutions to enhance business processes. Additionally, Sergey founded and served as CEO of 3Tech, Inc. from May 2008 to July 2015, providing IT consulting and software development services. Sergey holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the National Aerospace University of Ukraine, completed between 1998 and 2002.
