Connie Liang

Connie Liang, CSM, has over 25 years of experience in system development and project management within the financial services industry. Currently serving as Director of System Development - Business Services at CBOE since April 2002, Connie has led significant projects like CFEVector and CBOECommand enhancements, managing a team of project managers on various initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager and Independent Consultant at CBOE, contributing to major projects such as the migration of the exchange trading system to the NY4 data center. Earlier positions include Project Lead at Northern Trust Corporation and Senior Developer at CBOEDirect™ Systems. Connie holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Loyola University Chicago, earned from 1993 to 1995.
