Tobias MacDonald

Tobias MacDonald is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance and investigation within the financial sector. Currently, Tobias serves as the Manager of Systems Compliance at Cboe Global Markets since January 2019, having previously held roles as a Senior Investigator and Investigator. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Investigator in the Office of Fraud Detection and Market Intelligence at FINRA from January 2016 to January 2019, and as an Investigator in the United States Army Reserve from October 2009 to September 2018, achieving significant milestones such as being a Best Warrior Competition Champion. Additionally, Tobias has worked as a Relationship Banker at American Community Bank & Trust. Academically, Tobias is pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at DePaul University, holds an MBA from Aurora University, and a BA in Economics from the University of Montana.
