Michael Tope

Michael Tope founded Creative Business Resources in 1997 after discovering that there was a growing demand to outsource non-core administrative activities. Anchored by his commitment to delivering solutions that help businesses maximize their potential, Michael’s vision has been integral to establishing CBR as a leader in the HR outsourcing industry. Under his leadership, CBR has won or been named as a finalist for several prestigious awards, including the BBB Torch Award for Ethics. A native Arizonan, Michael attended Arizona State University and majored in International Business. As a passionate entrepreneur, he is the owner and operator of several growing businesses. His professional successes have included work in industries ranging from commercial construction and real estate to HR technology. Most recently, Michael co-developed Talent Command, an innovative application designed to help businesses accelerate their success by improving the performance of their workforce. Michael is a board member with Elevate Phoenix, an inner-city development program for high-risk youths, and Arizona Urban Youth Excel.
