Zach Wittenberg is a seasoned real estate professional with over a decade of experience at CBRE Canada, serving as Vice President since June 2010 and formerly as Associate Vice President of Office Leasing & Sales within The High Technology Facilities Group. Specializing in Tenant Representation, Lease Negotiations, and Investment Transactions tailored for the technology sector, Wittenberg has successfully worked with a diverse clientele ranging from tech start-ups to major corporate enterprises throughout Metro Vancouver. Prior to CBRE, Wittenberg operated Tech Space YVR as a real estate adviser from June 2011 to April 2017, focusing on creative space solutions for innovative tech companies. Wittenberg holds an Honors Specialization Bachelor of Arts in Urban Geography from Western University and has completed courses in business and Canadian securities.
