Julia Golovkina

Julia Golovkina is an experienced Analyst at CBRE Finland, having joined the company in October 2019 as part of the Valuations team, focusing on domestic and international clients. Prior to this role, Julia held positions as a Junior Analyst at CBRE Finland and as a Business Analyst Trainee at Nordea, the largest financial services group in the Nordic region. Julia's background also includes experience as a Claims Advisor at LähiTapiola. Julia holds a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Vaasa and dual Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Finance and Business Management from the same university and Universidad del Valle de México, respectively. Additionally, Julia has educational experience from the School of Business, Economics, and Law at the University of Gothenburg and completed training at the Finnair Flight Academy.
