Loïc de Villard

Loïc de Villard is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Directeur Territorial for Auvergne Rhône-Alpes and previously as Directeur Régional for Rhône-Alpes at CBRE France since February 2013. Prior to joining CBRE, Loïc de Villard held multiple positions at Cushman & Wakefield from January 2000 to February 2013, including Partner in the Capital Markets Group across Paris, Rome/Milan, and Warsaw. Earlier experience includes a role as Directeur for the Bureaux Agency in Warsaw at Colliers International and senior and junior negotiator positions in the Bureaux Agency at BNP Paribas Real Estate in Paris. Loïc de Villard holds a Master Grande Ecole in Management et Gestion from ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion and has completed military service as an Officier de Réserve in the Armée Française.
