Philippe Janic

Philippe Janic currently serves as the Directeur Opérationnel ESG at CBRE France, where responsibilities include managing a team of 17 collaborators, supporting the ISR labeling of real estate funds, and overseeing environmental asset management and compliance with SFDR regulations and European Taxonomy. Previously, Philippe worked as Chef de Projet at ALTEREA, where project implementation and client satisfaction were key focuses. At VINCI Energies, as Responsable Méthode - Efficacité Energétique, Philippe developed energy efficiency solutions and managed a team of 8 while overseeing a substantial property portfolio. Philippe also held the role of Responsable Développement Durable at SOPRA STERIA, implementing national environmental policies and certifications. Early in the career, Philippe served in energy sustainability roles with Ville de Vanves and ADEME. Philippe holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development Engineering from UVSQ, a Bachelor’s in Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energies, and a D.U.T. in Thermal Engineering and Energy.
