Alec Monaghan

Alec Monaghan is the First Vice President of Global Workplace Solutions at CBRE, where they provide strategic real estate advice to corporate clients leveraging over 30 years of industry experience. Alec has lived and worked in the Asia Pacific region for two years and in EMEA for five years, enhancing their global corporate services expertise. Prior to CBRE, they held leadership positions at Cushman & Wakefield, Binswanger, and Strategic Realty Advisors, and began their career at IBM. Alec holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance from Temple University and a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford, with ongoing coursework at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
