Bob Kraynak

Bob Kraynak is an accomplished Executive Vice President at CBRE, specializing in office lease advisory in Downtown San Francisco since April 2016. With a distinguished career in commercial real estate, Bob served as Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield from February 2006 to April 2016, where over 450 office lease transactions were successfully advised, earning recognition as one of the top five producing brokers in the Bay Area and a repeat member of the Chairman’s Circle. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President at HC&M Commercial Properties from June 1999 to January 2006, where Bob expanded tenant advisory services and contributed to the repositioning of various SOMA properties. Bob began a career in office leasing as a Senior Associate at CB Richard Ellis from February 1994 to May 1999, aiding rapid growth companies during the tech expansion. Earlier, Bob was involved in initiating a bicycle tour operation and BnB in the Loire Valley, France, from June 1992 to November 1993. Bob is an alumnus of San Jose State University.
