Bryan Barnett

Bryan Barnett, MAI currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Valuation & Advisory Services for the Southeast Region at CBRE, specializing in the valuation of multifamily properties. A designated member of the Appraisal Institute and a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, they have expertise across multiple states including Georgia and North Carolina. Previously, Bryan held the position of Valuation Services Director at Colliers International and worked as a Senior Analyst at Integra Realty Resources. Bryan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and Finance from Mercer University and an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Georgia.
