Cathy Thomas

Cathy Thomas is the Executive Vice President at CBRE, where they co-manage the Texas Right of Way Appraisal Team and provide litigation support for ongoing cases. With over eighteen years of experience in real estate appraisal and consulting, Cathy specializes in right-of-way appraisals and has a diverse background that includes appraising various property types. Previously, Cathy served as Vice President at Allegiant Group, PLLC, and held roles as an appraiser at TerCorp, Inc. and Atrium Real Estate Services. They also served as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Down Syndrome Association of Central Texas from 2011 to 2015. Cathy holds a BA in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin and an MA in Human Services from St. Edward's University.
