Cesar Iniguez

Cesar Iniguez has extensive experience in project management and engineering within the HVAC and building automation industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager at CBRE | ESI since July 2020, Cesar oversees installation, retrofits, and upgrades of complex building automation systems, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout project duration. Prior experience includes project management roles at Bernhard MCC, LLC, and field engineering at Honeywell, where responsibilities encompassed managing large-scale systems integration including fire, HVAC, security, and access control. Internship experiences at TDIndustries, W. Soule & Co., and Champion Home Exteriors provided foundational skills in project coordination, quality assurance, and hands-on installation. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in HVAC/R Engineering Technology and Energy Management and an Associate's degree in HVAC/R Technology from Ferris State University, complemented by general studies at Glen Oaks Community College.
