Chris Connelly

As CEO, Americas Advisory Services, Chris Connelly leads a sector-leading business encompassing more than 18,000 employees in seven Divisions across the Capital Markets, Advisory & Transaction Services, Advisory Project Management, Property Management and Valuations business lines in the United States, Canada and Latin America.

With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Connelly brings a broad range of experience to his leadership roles. Mr. Connelly previously served as Global President of CBRE’s Property Management business lines, overseeing the management of more than 2.7 billion square feet of commercial property. He also previously led investor leasing activities globally and, in the Americas, and before that served as President of Mountain–Northwest Division, overseeing CBRE’s operations in the Bay Area, Sacramento/Reno, Seattle, Portland, Phoenix/Tucson, Denver, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas and Albuquerque. Prior to that role, he led the Midwest Division, comprised of 11 major cities across 10 states, as well as served as the Chicago market leader.
