Chris Komanowski

Chris Komanowski is a seasoned professional in the Hospitality and Gaming industries, currently serving as Senior Vice President at CBRE Hotels since September 2011, providing transactional services. Prior to this role, Komanowski was the Owner of PBJ Development, LLC, from June 2007 to August 2011, delivering development and asset-management services across North America. Komanowski's experience includes serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at Caesars Entertainment Corporation from March 2002 to April 2007, focusing on company growth through acquisitions and development, and as Vice President of Lodging Development at Marriott International from 1993 to 2001.
