Dale Lewis

Dale Lewis serves as a Senior Vice President in CBRE's Advisory & Transactions Services | Occupier team in Atlanta since July 2015, focusing on delivering value-driven transactions for clients. Prior to this role, Dale worked as a Managing Director at DTZ, advocating for office tenants and users, and was a key member of the Carter brokerage team from 1997 until its acquisition by Cassidy Turley in 2011. Dale also held positions as Managing Director and Principal at Cassidy Turley from 2011 to 2014, Vice President at Carter & Associates from 1997 to 2011, and Vice President of Brokerage at The Griffin Company from 1989 to 1997, where over 300 lease and sales transactions were executed. Dale holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, obtained between 1979 and 1983.
