Dan Riordan

Dan Riordan is the Finance Director at CBRE, bringing extensive experience in real estate finance, leasing, lease administration, and asset management. Previously, as a consultant for Chestnut Company, they provided real estate finance and asset management services to high-profile clients, including Williams-Sonoma, Inc., Apple Computer, and Kaiser Permanente. Dan held roles at Williams-Sonoma, where they served as Finance Manager and later as Director of Finance, contributing to financial models and long-term real estate strategies. They also worked as a Dispositions/Asset Manager at Legacy Partners, generating over two billion dollars in sales. Dan is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of San Francisco and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Santa Clara University.
