Ed Ellingham

Ed Ellingham is currently a Director at CBRE within the Valuation Advisory department, specializing in the valuation of retail assets since 2021. They have worked in the Real Estate industry since 2007, gaining extensive experience in Valuation Advisory from 2009 onwards. Prior to their current role, Ed served as Associate Director in the UK Valuation Department at Cushman & Wakefield from 2015 to 2021 and held a similar position at DTZ from 2009 to 2015. Ed holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of York and a Master’s Degree in Property Appraisal and Management from Sheffield Hallam University.
