Evan Pape

Evan Pape, MAI, is an experienced appraiser at CBRE Atlanta, serving as Vice President since 2016, where they provide valuation and advisory services throughout the Southeast. With a decade of experience in commercial real estate appraisal, Evan holds a Certified General Appraiser designation in multiple states, including Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Prior to joining CBRE, they worked as an Associate at National Property Valuation Advisors, Inc. from 2010 to 2016 and as an Appraiser at Axial Advisory Group from 2007 to 2010. Evan earned a BBA in Finance from Roanoke College in 2007.
