Heather Nielson

Heather Nielson currently serves as a Senior Occupancy Planner at CBRE, focusing on the AT&T account. Prior to this, Heather worked for the Microsoft account at CBRE, where responsibilities included designing space scenarios, managing occupancy moves, and fostering client relationships. Heather's experience also includes roles as Operations Manager and Associate Project Manager at ActivSpace, overseeing maintenance and operations for multiple buildings across three states, and managing various operational improvements. Additionally, Heather held administrative positions in law and accounting offices, and was involved in professional cycling coaching and event management. Heather holds a BS in Biology/Chemistry/Nutrition from Southern Utah University and an AS in General studies from Dixie State University.
