Holly Rees

Holly Rees is an Associate Director in Living Sectors at CBRE Valuations and Advisory, specializing in valuations and advisory services for various living sectors, including Build to Rent, affordable housing, and purpose-built student accommodation. Prior to this role, Holly served as a Senior Valuer at CBRE and had significant experience at JLL, where they focused on alternative investments and gained expertise in purpose-built student accommodation and co-living.
