Jeff Jochums

Jeff Jochums is currently the Executive Vice President at CBRE, where they lead the Bellevue Occupier Services team and represent a diverse range of clients, from public companies to start-ups, in managing their commercial real estate portfolios. Since 1995, Jeff has facilitated the leasing and sales of over 10 million square feet and has built strong relationships with notable clients such as Microsoft, the University of Washington, and Expedia. They previously served as a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield Commerce from 2006 to 2013 and as a Senior Vice President at Colliers International from 1995 to 2006. Jeff earned a BA in Political Science and Business from the University of Washington between 1989 and 1993 and is experienced in investing in commercial real estate, particularly in advising technology and gaming companies.
