Jessica Fang is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Digital & Technology Director at CBRE since August 2020, Jessica previously held positions such as Director of Development at TMX Finance, focusing on vehicle loans and paperless IT solutions, and Software Delivery Manager at ETC Corp, specializing in automated tolling solutions. Jessica has a strong background in enterprise systems, having worked as Enterprise Platform Lead at Softcard and Delivery Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. Early career experience includes a significant tenure as Sr. Technical Director at AT&T Mobility. Jessica Fang holds degrees in Computer Science and Engineering from Shanghai University, an MBA in Marketing & Communication from Duquesne University, and a Master’s in MIS from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
