Joe Graham

Joe Graham is an experienced professional with a robust background in real estate and finance. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at CBRE since October 2001, Joe leads the investment property group focused on single tenant net lease properties and unanchored strip centers in the Southeastern region. Prior to this role, Joe worked as an Associate in the Private Client Group at Morgan Stanley from August 1999 to September 2001, providing financial advisory services in Atlanta, Georgia. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completed in 1999.
