Johan Holtz is a Sr. Engineering Manager at CBRE, currently working on the South Waterfront OHSU campus in Portland, OR. Prior to this, Johan served in the United States Air Force as an Avionics Technician from 2006 to 2014, where they excelled and completed four tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. Following their military service, Johan worked at Central Matsu Fire Department in Alaska as a Firefighter and EMT, and later transitioned to JLL in South Carolina, where they held multiple engineering roles and managed extensive facilities. Additionally, Johan founded Holtzfit, providing personal training and fitness classes from 2008 to 2018.
