Julia Paluka, MBA, CPM®, LEED ® Green Associate ™, currently serves as General Manager at CBRE, overseeing a 1 million square foot portfolio of office and medical office buildings, while managing a team of eight employees. Prior experience includes roles as Area Manager - Broker of Record at The RMR Group, General Manager at JLL with a successful LEED recertification project, and Vice President of Asset Management & Leasing at NexCore Group, where Julia led management for a 730,000 square foot portfolio. Julia's leadership roles extend to serving as Chapter President for IREM Greater Denver, achieving multiple industry innovation awards. With diverse experience in property management and real estate, Julia has demonstrated a strong ability to streamline operations, develop reporting processes, and maintain productive relationships with clients across various sectors. Education includes an MBA from the University of Denver and a B.S.B.A. in Marketing from Wayne State College.
