Larry Kaplan

Larry Kaplan is the Executive Vice President at CBRE, bringing over 25 years of experience exclusively in the hotel real estate sector. They previously served as Senior Vice President at HREC Investment Advisors, advising hotel owners across the United States on transactions ranging from $3 to $100 million. Prior to that, they held key roles in business development and development with Lane Hospitality and Arlington Hospitality, respectively. They began their career as a Senior Consultant at HVS International and worked as Associate Director at Insignia/ESG Hotel Partners. Kaplan earned a degree from Michigan State University between 1991 and 1995.
