Mark Ferguson

Mark Ferguson, MBA, has over 20 years of experience in financial leadership roles within the commercial real estate and auditing sectors. They began their career as an Internal Auditor at Neiman Marcus and held various audit positions at companies like JPI and Jefferson Wells before joining CBRE in 2006, where they progressed to Senior Finance Manager and eventually became Director of Finance. Mark has successfully led financial initiatives that saved over $100 million, crafted global pricing models, and implemented standardized reporting practices. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with a focus on Internal Audit at Louisiana State University.
