Marty Eshoff

Marty Eshoff is an experienced operations and finance professional currently serving as the Director of Operations and Finance at the Marin Symphony Association since December 2011. Prior to this role, Marty was a business owner, real estate investor, and entrepreneur at Eshrick Properties LLC from January 2008 to May 2013 and served as COO and Partner at ultimatetoffee.com from October 2011 to May 2012. Marty has a strong background in finance, having worked as a Finance Manager and Senior Financial Analyst at Pixar Animation Studios from November 1996 to November 2006, and as Accounting Manager in Business Affairs at Lucasfilm from November 1992 to November 1996. Marty began a career in financial operations at MGM as Manager of Royalty Operations from November 1988 to November 1992. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UCLA, completed between 1983 and 1987, and a high school diploma from Salinas High School, earned between 1978 and 1982.
