Martha Heric, CRE, MAI, is a dynamic real estate executive with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as a Director at CBRE. They have a notable history of enhancing profitability through innovative real estate strategies and managing operations effectively. Previously, Martha held positions as Vice President at Wells Fargo, where they focused on risk management in the Capital Markets, and as President at The Riemann Companies, overseeing a wide range of real estate projects. Martha's entrepreneurial spirit is exemplified by their ownership of both the Comfort Inn and Hampton Inn in Gloucester, VA, and Crown Pointe Marina. They are currently pursuing an MBA in Business Administration at Strome College of Business and hold a BLA in Environmental Design from the University of Georgia.
