Matt Phillips is the Senior Vice President of CBRE’s Capital Markets Multi-Housing Group in Houston, TX, where they co-lead the multi-housing investment sales platform for the Houston-Gulf Coast region. Before joining CBRE in 2016, Matt co-founded and served as managing partner at National Apartment Advisors, specializing in multifamily brokerage. With a career in real estate that began in 1999 and a focus on multifamily assets since 2003, Matt has participated in over $1 billion in multifamily transactions. Matt holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas Tech University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas. They are also an Eagle Scout and actively volunteer with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Mutton Bustin' Committee.
