Nathan Alexander

Nathan Alexander, MAI, SRA, is the Managing Director of the Valuation & Advisory Services group at CBRE in Hawaii, where they have been involved in commercial real estate valuation since 2015. Previously, Nathan worked as a Senior Investment Analyst at Brunsfield International Group in 2013 and as a Real Estate Analyst/Appraiser at The Hallstrom Group from 2008 to 2014, where they contributed to high-profile valuation assignments and litigation cases. Nathan has also gained experience through internships, including a position as a Finance Intern at Black & Decker in 2007. They hold a B.S. in International Business from Brigham Young University - Hawaii and an M.S. in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
