Nick Hendy is the Managing Director and Head of Office Investment Properties at CBRE, specializing in commercial real estate transactions across Europe. With 20 years of real estate investment experience, Nick has advised on over €5 billion in sales and acquisitions for prominent institutions, funds, and private equity. Nick graduated from the Harvard Business School Executive Program, as well as Bayes Business School and Manchester University. Currently, Nick is responsible for several key clients investing in the EMEA region and has recently participated as a panellist at the Global Real Estate Forum in Toronto.
