Nicole Roberts

Nicole Roberts is an experienced professional in change management and organizational development, currently serving as Senior Director, Change Management - Strategic Programs Office at CBRE since July 2022. Prior to this role, Nicole held the position of Director, Change Leadership at McKesson from March 2021 to July 2022. A significant portion of Nicole's career was spent at FedEx Office, where various roles included Organizational Effectiveness Advisor and Senior Organizational Development Consultant from September 2013 to March 2021. Earlier experience includes five years as a Senior Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte and internships in human resources at Skywire Software and GE Capital.
