Paul Amrich

Paul Amrich is the Vice Chairman in the New York City Advisory & Transaction Services Group at CBRE, a position held since 2006. With 24 years of experience in commercial real estate, they have completed over 20 million square feet of leasing transactions, currently representing more than 25 million square feet of Class A office space. As the youngest Vice Chairman in the firm's history, Paul has been recognized annually in the Colbert Coldwell Circle and has consistently ranked among the top producers nationally. Notably, they have played a key role in several significant Manhattan transactions and frequently contribute to media discussions on the commercial real estate market. Paul began their career in 1996 with Cushman & Wakefield and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration at Campbell University.
