Phil Ainlay

Phil Ainlay is the Vice President at CBRE, where they have leveraged 31 years of experience in corporate real estate and brokerage work to excel in tenant advocacy and strategic occupancy planning. They have recently negotiated new and renewal lease agreements for approximately 1 million square feet of office space in downtown Toronto. Previously, Phil was a District Manager at CIBC for 7 years, overseeing financial and business plans for 15 branches, while also focusing on sales management and business development. In addition to their professional career, Phil enjoys playing competitive tennis, fishing on Lake Ontario, and spending time with family and friends. Phil is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Urban & Economic Geography at York University.
