Richard Brehaut

Richard Brehaut is an accomplished real estate professional with significant experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at CBRE, Richard has previously held positions as Partner and Senior Director at both Ascension and James Capital Advisors Inc., where responsibilities included strategic direction and management of key projects. Richard's career began at Marcus & Millichap as an Associate and progressed to Senior Associate at The James Group of Marcus & Millichap. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from UCLA, where education was completed from 2009 to 2013, along with foundational education at Los Osos High School from 2006 to 2009.
