Ryan Chapman

Ryan Chapman is the Lead Senior Counsel and Managing Attorney for the Americas at CBRE, where they currently provide legal guidance on commercial and regulatory matters. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Counsel at CBRE, Senior Counsel for Commercial Transactions at Sears Holdings Corporation, and Attorney roles at Road Ranger, LLC, and the Law Office of Paul Weatherhead/Doyle & Bolotin, Ltd. Ryan holds a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a B.A. in Math and English from the University of Vermont.
