Samuel Zell

Samuel Zell is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as Senior Vice President at CBRE since July 2019. Prior to this role, Samuel held the position of Vice President at Buligo Capital Partners from July 2016 to June 2019, where the focus was on real estate investment. Samuel's prior experience includes serving as Transactions Manager at Resource Real Estate from 2007 to 2016, specializing in real estate private equity, and as Project Manager at Ryan Homes from 2004 to 2006, concentrating on single-family home development. Samuel holds a Master of Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business, a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and a Master of Business Administration from New York University, and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Pennsylvania, complemented by a high school diploma from Atlantic City High School.
