Scott Kavanaugh

Scott Kavanaugh is the PM Engineering Ops Director for CBRE's Atlanta region, overseeing a portfolio of approximately 40 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail properties in Georgia and Alabama. With extensive experience in property management and operations within CBRE, Kavanaugh has held various roles including PM Operations Director and Director of Asset Services Regional Operations, focusing on maintenance standards, technology implementation, and training across managed assets. Prior experience includes serving as a Property Manager at Duke Realty Corporation, managing a substantial portfolio of class "A" office spaces, and holding leadership positions in the US Army, where responsibilities included designing tactical communications networks and leading a platoon. Scott Kavanaugh holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
