Steve Delaney

Steve Delaney has extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as First Vice President at CBRE since November 2015. Prior to this role, Steve was the Principal/Owner of Sitehawk Retail Real Estate from 1994 to October 2015 and worked as a Retail Leasing Agent at Acorn Group, Inc from 1992 to 1994. Earlier in his career, Steve owned and operated a multi-unit restaurant business, managing 26 restaurants across four states from 1973 to 1993. Steve holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington, earned between 1969 and 1973.
