Terry Payne

Terry Payne, SIOR, is the Vice President at CBRE, where they have been active since 2007, following the acquisition of Trammell Crow Company. With expertise in office project leasing, occupier services, and investment sales, Terry currently collaborates with Troy Gudgel in the Capital Markets team to advise clients on the acquisition and disposition of various property types. Prior to CBRE, Terry was a Vice President at Trammell Crow Company and a partner at Tooman Collins Associates, where they began their career in 1982. Terry is a long-standing member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and has held multiple leadership roles within the organization. Outside of work, Terry enjoys golfing and engaging with the community and their church.
