Tim Hamilton has extensive experience in corporate real estate, currently serving as Executive Director of Occupier Consulting at CBRE since 2021. Previously, Tim held several key leadership roles within CBRE's occupier business, including Chief Growth Officer and Executive Director of Global Workplace Solutions. Prior to joining CBRE, Tim was Executive Director of Real Estate Strategy for Goldman Sachs in EMEA from 2007 to 2012. Tim earned a BSc in Land Use Planning and Management/Development from the University of Reading, graduating with a 2:1.
