Tim Mulhall

Tim Mulhall is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in investment sales, financial analysis, and client relations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at CBRE since October 2018, Tim previously held various roles including Vice President and Assistant Vice President at Colliers International, where responsibilities included analyzing commercial real estate transactions and preparing financial models. Prior to that, Tim gained sales expertise at Office Resources, Inc., and foundational skills in finance as a Fund Accountant at State Street Corporation. Tim's earlier experiences also include instructing youth in golf and working in commercial roofing, showcasing a diverse skill set. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross and additional studies at The London School of Economics.
