Tom Corderey

Tom Corderey is a seasoned professional in real estate, currently serving as a Senior Director at CBRE since November 2018. In this role, Tom is responsible for managing a £350 million multi-sector core property allocation for a UK Pension Fund, which has outperformed the MSCI UK Quarterly Index each year since its launch in 2020. Tom's career at CBRE began in 2013, progressing through various roles including Director, Associate Director, Senior Surveyor, Surveyor, and Graduate Surveyor. Tom holds a BSc Hons degree in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University, completed between 2010 and 2013, and attended St Albans School from 2003 to 2009.
