Venu Sathu is a seasoned professional in Data Engineering and AI/ML with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Data Engineering at CBRE since September 2022, Venu specializes in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Management, and AI & ML. Previous positions include Director of Data Engineering at Fidelity Investments, where expertise in Data Governance and Data Architecture was honed, and a significant tenure as Assistant Vice President/Senior Enterprise Architect at Putnam Investments, focusing on AWS Cloud Applications and Enterprise Reporting. Venu's career also includes roles as Solutions Architect at Fairchild Semiconductor and Technology Architect at Profitlogic Inc, while foundational experiences as a Software Developer were gained at Fidelity Investments, netNumina, and other companies. Venu holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and a B.Tech in Computer Engineering from Sri Krishnadevaraya University.
